Recall / Refund Policy

We offer you complete peace of mind whereas ordering at Kickill. Thank you for your purchase. However, if you're not fully glad along with your purchase for any reason you can return back it to us. Returning is that the method of a client taking already purchased merchandise back to the distributer, and successively, receiving a cash refund. You can return the ordered items within 10 days of receipt of goods. Please guarantee but that the merchandise is unused and also the tags, boxes and different packaging are unbroken.

REFUND PROCESS
  • Notify seller within 3 days of order delivery if your product is damaged/defective.
  • For refund intimation, please visit www.kickill.com or contact us on 9656011778 (Open 8AM - 6 PM from  Monday – Saturday)
  • Kickill client care team can verify the claim created by the client within in 24 business hours from the time of receipt of complaint.
  • Once the claim is verified as real Kickill can initiate the gathering of product(s) to be came.
  • The clients are needed to pack the product(s) in original manufacturer’s packaging.
If you have got paid by card then we'll reverse the payment. Just in case of money on delivery we'll credit it within the name of registered customer wallet.

DAMAGED ITEM, WRONG PRODUCT OR MISSING UNITS IN YOUR ORDER

If an item is found broken or incorrect as per description on our web site or unit missing as per ordered amount, please send a photograph of the outer packaging and product received to our [email protected] or call us on 9656011778 within 10 days of receipt of the merchandise.

MODES OF REFUND AVAILABLE IN KICKILL

In order to substantiate cancellation of item(s) in your order, you wish to point your refund preference.
There are 2 modes of refund:

WALLET - If you choose this option, the amount will be added to your personal Kickill account wallet within 24 hours.

BACK TO ORIGIN - In this case, the money will be refunded back to the payment mode/account that was originally used to make the transaction, it can take up to 10 working days.Once you have got requested the cancellation of item(s) in your order, Kickill can complete the cancellation and initiate the refund, depending on your preference.

VALIDITY PERIOD OF REFUND
Refund will be completed within 10 working days from the date of reverse pick up. Please make sure that your cash is transferred to your account as per the mentioned period of time.
