OPTIFAST® is easy and can be taken cold or hot:
1. Pour the contents of one sachet into 200ml of hot or cold water.
Mix with a fork or OPTIFAST® shaker until completely dissolved. Eat freshly prepared. Throw away the excess of the product that you do not consume if it has been prepared with hot water.
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE AND CONSERVATION:
Mixed hypocaloric diet: Combining OPTIFAST® with usual foods. Replace 1 or 2 main meals a day with 1 sachet of OPTIFAST® in each of them (1 sachet = 1 meal).
Exclusive Diet: Replace all meals of the day with OPTIFAST® (4 sachets/day).
